With 2 boys visiting our abode every few weeks, we get to venture into the world of BOYS. With 3 girls in the house, this is a rare adventure - thankfully the girls tend to be pretty tomboyish at times, so the outings are pretty well received.
On the rainiest, wettest, sloppiest day of the summer we decided to venture OUTSIDE to the local Car Racing Track thingie.

We found this beauty on the way to the other side of the track. It has George's initials on the number plate, which is pretty dang cool.
The girls spent most of the day trying to create a waterproof shelter - seriously it was BUCKETING down.
Shan was our chief tent builder - she should totally join the girl scouts. Or is it Brownies? I'm not sure. I'm a glamper. Not a camper.
Pretty cool day out - next on the agenda..... We're taking the boys on a SHOPPING SPREE / SPA DAY! Well, it's only fair they try out girl stuff too .... ha! Excited boys? Of course you are. :)
